Hi, I'm Joe-Life coach for divorced LDS men

Having walked through divorce not once, but twice, I found myself facing the same questions many LDS men quietly wrestle with: What do I do now? Who am I supposed to become? How do I move forward with purpose when the life I planned no longer exists? My journey to answer those questions is what ultimately led me here — to coaching men who are walking a similar path.

I’m a certified life coach with more than 35 years of corporate sales experience and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from BYU. But the lessons that shaped me most didn’t come from business — they came from the deep personal work required to rebuild after divorce. That work taught me resilience, emotional awareness, and the power of rebuilding from the inside out.

Through honest self-reflection, mindset awareness, and a commitment to growth, I discovered tools and perspectives I wish I’d had during my hardest seasons. Now, I use those same tools to help other men move through grief, release shame, and create a grounded, meaningful future.

As a father of four incredible daughters, I also understand the importance of showing up present, steady, and emotionally available — even when life feels uncertain. That experience shapes the way I coach: practical, compassionate, and focused on helping men become the strongest version of themselves.

Today, I’m honored to support divorced LDS men as they navigate the emotional, spiritual, and cultural complexities of starting over. You don’t have to make this journey alone. There is a path forward — and I’m here to help you find it.
